Several studies have already shown promising results using Bone Marrow derived stem cells in regeneration lost bone around teeth form Periodontal Disease (Gum Disease). According to a new report published in the Journal of Oral Implantology, a procedure using stem cells may provide a more thorough regeneration of periodontal tissue (cementum, bone and periodontal ligaments) around dental implants.
