On Thursday April 15 2010, during the late morning hours, in the middle of treatment Dr. Alex Shvartsman heard urgent screaming for help outside his first floor dental office window. 4 year old Chelsea had her neck trapped between the closing passenger door window. The grandparents inside the car could not stop or reverse the closing window.
